Matapos Magretirong Pinuno sa Military Service, Eduardo Año Appointed na ni Duterte Bilang Interior Undersecretary

Pinirmahan na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang appointment documents ni Retired General Eduardo Año

bilang Interior Undersecretary.

Ito ang pinirmahan ng pangulo noong Huwebes na siya ring araw na

nagkaroon ng formal turn over of command ng AFP mula kay Año

patungo kay General Rey Guerrero.

Sa talumpati ng pangulo gusto niya na pamunuan ni Año ang supervision

sa PNP bilang undersecretary o “special assistant to the President ”

Plano sana ni Año na magpahinga muna matapos ang retirement bago

siya magtrabahong muli sa administrasyon ni Duterte.

Subalit gusto ng pangulo na magsimula na ito. After one-year ban on former military generals assuming top civilian

posts in government, Duterte plans to appoint Año as Interior Secretary.

Pinasalamatan naman ni Año ang tiwala sa kanya ni Duterte.
